While our preferred method of payment is PayPal, please contact us if you
wish to make alternative arrangements.

Store ship-to locations: Worldwide

Packaging & Handling Fee: $1.50

Shipping: Buyer Pays Shipping (based on shipping calculator) and Optional Shipping Insurance
In most cases, packages are shipped on the Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
following your confirmed order.

Sales tax: 9.75% if shipped within TN

Customer Service & Return Policy: 14 Day Returns will be gladly accepted for full product price refund if the material is returned to us in the condition in which you received it, AND we are notified within 14 days. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt at our offices of returned item. No refund on initual shipping and handling. Buyer pays return shipping. No credit will be issued for materials that have been modified (cut, slabbed, polished, drilled, broken, etc.) in any way by the customer.
